WWE legend Kevin Nash shares cancer diagnosis and shows his ‘face jacked open’

WWE legend Kevin Nash has revealed his skin cancer diagnosis and shared a brutal photo of how his face was "jacked open".

The Hall of Famer insisted he will "be fine" following the cut to his face, and spoke of the diagnosis in a recent edition of his podcast. The one-time WWF Champion could be seen sporting a scar where a drill had punctured his face.

Nash, 64, has since said he has no side effects or after effects from the treatment, with no headaches or worries following a "face jacked open" operation. He now insists he is ready for people to "put me back together."

His update on the skin cancer diagnosis comes just months after the Daily Star reported a shredded Nash in the gym looking at the very peak of his physical powers. Fans were stunned to see how good the in-ring legend was looking.

Speaking on his podcast about his recent diagnosis an operation, Nash said: "Is this your rebuttal to me having skin cancer and having my face jacked open? My scar will… I’m fine. I’m not bloated, I don’t have a headache.

"I got a f****** cut on my face that will heal. Just like the 33 other ones I’ve had around my body, put me back together. I’ll be fine."

Nash was diagnosed with Basal cell carcinoma, f4w reported, which he attributes to a number of issues he faced over the last quarter century. He added: "For everybody out there that is – I'm 64 years old – and all this damage is from when we were kids.

"All this skin damage is from when we were kids and I religiously – and I know you do too, Sean, because we've had this conversation – go to a dermatologist every three months and have yourself checked out.

"I know exactly why I have these problems. I've had several things cut off me. It was the 25 years plus of laying in tanning beds in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and everywhere else that had no sun because we had Monday Night Raw and there wasn't an alternative."

Nash is not the only wrestler to announce a skin cancer diagnosis. Both Tommy Dreamer and Alexa Bliss also had their own battles with the disease in recent years. Dreamer had been diagnosed three times with skin cancer, while Bliss also had a procedure to remove Basal cell carcinoma earlier this year.
