The teenager who recently smashed a record held by action man and former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent an incredible body transformation to achieve it.
At 19, Anton Ratushnyi has become the youngest professional bodybuilder in the world, with the ripped lad breaking the previous record held by The Terminator and Commando star.
He spent just four years packing on the pounds and turning it into muscle, with the 'heir to Arnold Schwarzenegger' starting work on his physique when he was just 15-years-old.

Amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on social media over the course of his journey, muscle man Anton has now shared a few clips of his workout routine.
Anton said in one post: "With overcoming lots of adversity over the last year, I can’t stress enough how important it is to believe in yourself and stay true to yourself no matter what others think of you.
"I’m so glad that I decided to pursue my true passion and didn’t let negativity get to me. I took the risk to prep again and challenge myself mentally, physically, and emotionally to not just succeed in bodybuilding but grow as a person who would be worthy of inspiring this new generation."
Schwarzenegger's other records may now be in danger as fans of Anton believe the youngster could become a megastar. Anton has already received his pro card, a year earlier than Arnie did.
Anton won the NPC national division title in the United States in Texas earlier this week, the Daily Star reported. From now on, Anton is no longer classed as an amateur but a bona fide professional strongman.
Little is known about the walking Greek God, though his social media presence has since boomed and fans of the elusive weightlifter are now backing him to be a buff bigshot in the industry.
One said on social media after his win: "How was he not gonna win haha. Dude looks like sculpted stone." Another wrote: "Cant imagine wanting to become a BB (bodybuilder) and then u have to go against this dude."
