A man has died after getting caught in fast-flowing flood water, police have confirmed.
The unnamed man was swept under the waters in the town of Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire, with West Mercia Police confirming the death, the third fatality brought on by Storm Babet.
Two members of the public were confirmed dead late last night and earlier today respectively, with horrendous weather caused by Storm Babet deemed the main factor in both instances. A "danger to life" red warning has been in place from the Met Office in parts of the country.

A 57-year-old woman sadly died yesterday evening, with emergency services confirming they pulled a body from the Water of Lee in Angus, Scotland. Another person, a 56-year-old driver, was hit by a falling tree in Forfar last night.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Officers from West Mercia Police and Shropshire Fire and Rescue quickly attended but sadly he was found deceased at around 12:35.
"Whilst formal identification hasn’t yet taken place the family of a local man in his 60s have been informed and are being supported by officers." The third death so far under Storm Babet comes as parts of the UK see "biblical rains", the Daily Mail reported.
Havoc at Leeds Bradford airport was seen earlier today as a plane landing on the tarmac skidded onto the fields nearby. The flight, which had travelled from Cyrpus to the UK airport, was seen stuck in the mud as emergency services rushed to the scene.
A spokesperson for Leeds Bradford, speaking to the Daily Star, said: "We can confirm TUI flight TOM3551 arriving from Corfu at LBA this afternoon has moved off the runway whilst landing.
"We are working with the airline, relevant operations teams and emergency authorities to address this situation and remove passengers from the aircraft safely."
