Russia's dead/dying/ill/perfectly fine President Vladimir Putin has invited Iran and Hamas to meet with him.
And the potential alliance of the country thought to be funding the group designated a terror organisation by the UK in 2021 has been dubbed an “axis of terror”.
A meeting between Hamas showed Bassem Naeem, its head of international relations, and Mousa Abu Marzouk, a senior member of the Hamas's alleged political wing, in a meeting with Mikhail Bogdanov, Putin’s special envoy in the Middle East, has already happened – with the three being spotted together, the Telegraph reports.

But not Putin himself – who could be dead or alive at this point – has now offered to meet with the pair in a bit to form stronger times. But the move has been slammed by Israel, as the country attempts to destroy the terrorist organisation.
Lioir Hiat, a spokesman for the Israeli foreign ministry, said: “Israel sees the invitation of senior Hamas officials to Moscow as an obscene step that gives support to terrorism and legitimises the atrocities of Hamas terrorists.”

Israel and Russia were, at one point, close allies, but in recent years that connection has been strained, and is almost non-existent at this point. Russia has called out Israel's assault on Gaza – sparked by Hamas terrorists infiltrating the country and killing 1,100 Jews – with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov being the most outspoken.
He said yesterday: “While we condemn terrorism, we categorically disagree that you can respond to terrorism by violating the norms of international humanitarian law, including indiscriminately using force against targets where civilians are known to be present, including hostages that have been taken. If Gaza is destroyed and two million inhabitants are expelled, as some politicians in Israel and abroad propose, this will create a catastrophe for many decades, if not centuries.
“It is necessary to stop, and to announce humanitarian programmes to save the population under blockade.”
