Prince Harry took on so much after leaving royal life that he now has more on "his plate than someone at a discount Las Vegas buffet", according to one expert.
Harry, who turned 39 yesterday (Friday, September 15) is currently in Düsseldorf, Germany, with Meghan Markle for this year's iteration of the Invictus Games – the sporting competition he started for wounded servicemen and women.
He and Meghan said in January 2020 that they would like to "step back as 'senior' members" of the British royal family, split their time between the United Kingdom and North America, and become financially independent.

Or as royal expert Daniela Elser writing for News.com.au put it: "In 2020, as the world faced the rude shock of loo paper shortages, lockdowns and the scourge of elasticised pants, the Duke had to come to grips with something he had never had before – a job."
Enter Netflix, Spotify, BetterUp and Penguin Random House, all on top of organising the Invictus Games.
In that time he has also written his best-selling memoir Spare.
It was ghostwritten by JR Moehringer, who said of the process: “When we weren’t Zooming or phoning, we were texting around the clock”.
The Duke has also shot or been a part of three documentaries totalling more than 11 hours in length.

"My point is, the bloke has more on his plate than someone at a discount Las Vegas buffet," Elser wrote.
"No matter that Harry is the Mozart of charity – unnaturally skilled and innately adept at it – his life is such that I’m guessing he can no longer wake up, execute a sun salutation and then spend eight solid hours working out how to make the world a better place."
Elser argued that the photos of Harry looking so happy at the Invictus Games came about because he was able to escape is arduous commercial engagements and do something he loves.
