Guard at centre of ‘nymphomaniac’ prison orgy scandal is a municipal councillor

The guard at the centre of a “nymphomaniac” prison orgy scandal has been revealed to be a municipal council official.

A dozen employees at Lantin Prison on the outskirts of Liège, Belgium – both men and women – are implicated in the scandal. The sex-mad staff would organise regular group sex meet-ups after work, according to allegations reported by Sudinfo.

Many of these alleged X-rated sessions took place in a jacuzzi owned by one of the employees, identified only as "P". Participants in these alleged sex parties are said to have drawn coloured bracelets at random, which would then determine which member of the group was having sex with who.

At other times employees would also have sex during work. One senior employee allegedly even let a "nymphomaniac" employee, referred to as "S", use his office so she could have sex with other people in the working day. And it has now been revealed that “S” is an official for the Municipal Council. It has been claimed that the person is a 30-year-old female, with a witness stating: ”From 6am, she let it be known that if she did not have sex, she would not be able to work.”

However, Gregory Philippin, the town's Mayor, has claimed that the woman is “denying” the allegations being made about her. Despite that, a disciplinary process is currently underway, and the person has been moved to the women's section of the prison.

The same source quoted earlier has also claimed that many employees were confused as to how S had been hired in the first place as she reportedly had a brother who was serving time in the same jail where she worked. The lag is understood to have been caged for murder.

"She used to come to see him every day as a visitor, being very friendly with the families of the detainees in the waiting room," the insider continued. "She was very arrogant and haughty with the agents who were watching the visiting room. Her admission to Lantin, at the time, was a [shock], especially since, as a visitor for a year, she passed overnight to prison officer."

A spokesperson for Belgium's Federal Public Service Justice Department told the Daily Star: "On Monday morning we were informed there was a problem in the prison by the media. We asked the local prison governor to do an internal investigation. It is going on at this time and there is a possibility there may be disciplinary action.

"We cannot say any more as the investigation is ongoing."
