Frisky Brits are getting steamy between the sheets more often to reduce their heating bills.
Six in 10 have joined a dating app to find a snuggle buddy for the colder months instead of whacking the radiators on.
Winter also makes men more frisky than in summer, the Bensons for Beds poll revealed.

Lisa Richards, of the furniture firm, said: “The age-old practice of sharing people’s body heat is a great way to keep warm.”
And 53% of 18 to 44-year-olds plan to have more nookie to keep shivers at bay, with four in 10 saying snow outside is an aphrodisiac.
However, one in 10 would rather cosy up to their pet than their partner this winter.
Actor Tom Hardy was the top choice for women when asked which celeb they would have as their winter snuggle buddy, while men opted for Barbie star Margot Robbie.
Kate Middleton was four times more popular than Meghan Markle.
I’m A Celeb’s Nigel Garage was the top choice for just 1% of women, level pegging with a publicity-shy ex-royal.
You might want to find a snuggle buddy of your own ahead of Christmas Day, as the Met Office has said it could be a snowy one.
The national weather agency's forecast for December 25 to January 8 reads: "More likely to be unsettled compared to the preceding settled spell with bands of rain crossing the UK with brighter conditions and showers in between.
"The wettest and windiest conditions are most likely in the west and northwest. The chance of a colder spell of weather, with hazards such as snow and ice, does increase later in December and into the New Year period.
"However, on balance conditions are more likely to remain generally mild and wet."
