A woman has shared her delight at snapping up a week-long trip to the beautiful Spanish island of Lanzarote for just £75 return.
Travel TikToker Evelyn gave her followers a taste of the delicious food and scorching temperatures during a recent stay.
“What’s great about the Canary Islands is that they have a year-round warm climate,” she said.
“So we visited in December for my birthday and the temperatures were about 23/24 degrees.
Temperatures can rise to the high 20s in the summer months, with the lowest average temperatures at 13 degrees, even in the depths of January.

Evelyn said they sampled some “amazing” sea-view restaurants, and bars, adding that the food was “really affordable”.
She also indulged in a wine tasting, but warned “do it on an empty stomach like I did!”
Lanzarote is famous for its nightlife, and has long been a favourite for British holidaymakers.
Evelyn said going out on the tiles on the island was “so much fun”, but told visitors to bear in mind that the locals don’t usually hit the town until about 12.30 – 1am.

Travellers looking for a break from the party atmosphere can get a 30-minute ferry to the neighbouring island of La Graciosa, which is known for its tranquillity and secluded beaches.
The Canary Islands comprise eight islands and see around 12 million tourists per year.
They include Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa.
