Located on Santa Claus Lane in North Pole, Alaska – not at the top of the world – this branch of the fast food chain has lured diners from far and wide with its unique Christmas-themed interiors and menu items.

In one TikTok, vlogger @tfgvlogs_ reveals what the remote restaurant is like.

He explains: ‘So the outside pretty much just looked like a regular McDonald’s but inside had to have been the most unique McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The best part, they actually had a unique menu.’

The restaurant’s ‘Denali Burger’ is ‘basically a Big Mac but a lot bigger’

I Found McDonald’s at the NORTH POLE!

The influencer said he was told to get two menu items at the North Pole McDonald’s.

He said the first thing he was instructed to try was the restaurant’s ‘Denali Burger,’ which he says is ‘basically a Big Mac but a lot bigger.’

In the clip, he shows how the hefty sandwich – which is also available at other McDonald’s outlets in Alaska – features two beef patties accompanied by a special ‘North Pole sauce.’

Moving on to the second menu item, @tfgvlogs_ said was told by Santa Claus at the grotto next door to try the Cookie Tote.

The TikTok cuts to show him placing an order for the sweet treat on one of the restaurant screens.

@tfgvlogs_ explains: ‘Basically for $6 you get a box filled with 13 freshly baked cookies.’

The screen shows that the Cookie Tote cost $6.49 with a total of 2,210 calories, while the Denali Burger came in at $7.39 with 840 calories.

One commenter who watched @tfgvlogs_’s North Pole McDonald’s visit and used to work for the fast food chain highlighted that the Cookie Totes are also available at other restaurants.

Another unique feature of the restaurant is a giant candy cane striped pole which supports the McDonald’s sign and golden arches

Many viewers said the baked goods looked ‘amazing,’ while the hefty burger looked ‘delicious.’

The McDonald’s in the town of North Pole – which is located 15 miles outside of Fairbanks – opened in 1986 and it is located next to the community’s other biggest tourist attraction, Santa Claus House.

When the outpost opened the Los Angeles Times reported that it was ‘part of McDonald’s expansion into small towns.’

It also noted that ‘prices in North Pole are a little higher than at most conventional McDonald’s because of higher freight costs’ and ‘the food is shipped by water from Seattle to Anchorage, then transported by rail to Fairbanks and finally by truck to North Pole.’
