The Queen would famously go up to Sandringham around the 18th of December, and that was to make sure the house was ready for Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I doubt the King will do the same this year. He\u2019s based at Highgrove and will be spending as much time there as he can. I think he will go up to Sandringham ahead of Christmas Eve.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>More changes could come to the festive day itself, as well as to where members of the Royal Family will be celebrating. Harrold added: &quot;The Royals will all be together on Christmas Eve. They normally have afternoon tea in the drawing room, and give each other presents. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31651552.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/2_BRITAIN-ROYALS.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>&quot;On Christmas Day, the children will get their presents from Santa, they\u2019ll have a served lunch and a buffet for dinner. Going to church is also a big part of the day. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;The Queen would go to church at 8am, but I\u2019m unsure whether the King would do that. He will then go to the famous service at Sandringham at 11am.
