Ryanair has issued a flight warning to British tourists travelling to and from the UK. The budget airline said travellers could face \u201cpotential disruption\u201d.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson from the airline said: \u201cPotential disruption to and from the UK on Monday, November 13 due to Storm Debi.<\/p>\n

\u201cAffected passengers will be notified and any passengers travelling to and from the UK on Monday, November 13 should check their Ryanair app for flight updates before travelling to the airport.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe regret any inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of this storm which is outside of Ryanair\u2019s control and affects all airlines operating to and from the UK on Monday, November 13.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Met Office has warned of \u201cdanger to life\u201d from flying debris or fast flowing floodwater caused by Storm Debi.<\/p>\n

Northwest England has an amber warning in place for heavy winds while a yellow warning covers several other areas including Liverpool and St Davids.<\/p>\n

Matthew Lehnert, a chief meteorologist with the Met Office, said: \u201cStorm Debi has developed rapidly overnight and will bring impacts across the rest of the UK today.<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause of the particular risk of impacts to parts of County Armagh and County Down this morning and parts of northwest England throughout much of the day we have issued two amber wind warnings.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate travel warning, Ryanair told passengers that all flights to Aqaba Airport between November 11 and December 15 have been cancelled.<\/p>\n

The airline said this was due to \u201coperational restrictions beyond Ryanair\u2019s control\u201d. It said that affected passengers would be notified.<\/p>\n

Ryanair apologised for the cancellations and urged all passengers due to travel to Aqaba between those dates to check their app for updates.<\/p>\n
