The 27 member states are set to vote on the proposed package during an upcoming summit. Sources indicate that the EU has devised a potential &#8220;workaround&#8221; to address this scenario.<\/p>\n<p>According to two anonymous EU officials speaking to Sky News, individual member states could establish their own aid agreements with Kyiv, collectively reaching the earmarked financial amount.
