Vladimir Putin has been caught twice mispronouncing the name of Kazakhstan’s president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.<\/p>\n
The Russian leader was in the Kazak city of Kostanay on Thursday (November 9) for the 19th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum.<\/p>\n
Putin was heard tripping over Kazakhstan’s president’s name as he made some opening remarks to delegates.<\/p>\n
