An irate airline passenger has breathed new life into the debate over whether or not it’s okay to recline your seat while travelling.

In a video that has gone viral, an incandescent woman enters a screaming match with the passenger sitting behind her after the former decided to exercise her right to recline her seat.

The fellow passenger then starts “pushing her seat repeatedly” in response to the reclining.

The mid-flight exchange was initially posted on TikTok before it was swiftly taken down.

However, Ian Miles Cheong reposted it on X, formerly known as Twitter, where it blew up, gaining more than 2.7 million views as netizens locked horns over plane etiquette.
