Delegates this week will be asked to approve a draft manifesto calling for a negotiated agreement recognising the state of Palestine alongside the state of Israel \u2013 stating that \u201cLabour condemns the use of violence against civilians in this conflict\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A Labour veteran said: \u201cI would expect an effort to try to stop people bringing Palestinian flags in. They won\u2019t want that as a scene.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leader Keir Starmer last night condemned Hamas, saying: \u201cThere is no justification for this act of terror.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Mr Corbyn issued a statement failing to condemn the terrorist group. Posting on X (Twitter), he described the slaughter as \u201cunfolding events\u201d and declined to criticise Hamas or acknowledge their victims.<\/p>\n
