Although it is not clear exactly where the picture was taken, it appears to show around 20 Hamas terrorists lying on the ground, with their hands and legs zip tied, while they also appear to be blindfolded.<\/p>\n<p>And in a strange move, officials also pulled the pants down of each terrorists, but kept their underwear on \u2013 presumably to check some kind of explosive devices stored in their pants. The image also shows three boxes of shoes nearby, as they have all be taken from the members of the group which infiltrated the country earlier today.<\/p>\n<p><b>READ MORE: Brit saw &apos;blood flowing through Israeli streets&apos; as war declared on terror group<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>For more of the latest news, click here.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31132265.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/2_F72XQ-1XUAAVsVE-1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The escalation was sparked by Hamas launching more than 5,000 rockets into Israel in a surprise assault today (Saturday, October 7) which has now left more than 200 dead.<\/p>\n<p>The attack by the group designated a terrorist organisation by the UK Government in 2021 was launched on the last day of the Jewish High Holiday of Succot, as well as Shabbat, when the vast majority of the country&apos;s population were in synagogues to celebrate the festival. Within minutes, social media was filled with photos and videos of Hamas terrorists taking Israeli residents hostage, brutalising them and murdering them.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31132267.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_PALESTINIAN-ISRAEL-GAZA-CONFLICT.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article31127611.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/1_TOPSHOT-PALESTINIANS-ISRAEL-GAZA-CONFLICT.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Almost 200 killed in Israel air strikes on Palestine after 100 die in Hamas attack<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hamas spokesman Ghazi Hamad told Channel 4 News that the terror group were \u201cfighters for freedom\u201d. When asked why \u201cordinary civilians\u201d were being taken hostage, he said: \u201cPeople care more about the Israeli civilians than they do the Palestinian civilians.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The official death toll from Israel has reached more than 200, with 1,100 thought to have been wounded in the attacks, with Israel&apos;s Prime Minister claiming that Hamas would \u201cpay an unprecedented price\u201d for the attack.
