<\/p>\nTop shelf magazines from the eighties are being flogged on artsy selling site Etsy for a huge mark-up.<\/p>\n
Titillating titles from decades ago are being sold on the online marketplace, which typically sells handmade jewellery and art.<\/p>\n
And porn hoarders are making a huge mark-up on the mags, including Penthouse and Playboy, years after they were last put to use.<\/p>\n
One connoisseur\u2019s collection, which consists of 21 different titles such as Fiesta and Men Only, is being sold for a whopping \u00a3225 – although the postage is free.<\/p>\n
One seller called Paul said: \u201cA magazine I spent a few quid on in the 90s is now going for about \u00a320. Even with inflation, the profit on that is huge – the margin is about 1,000 per cent.<\/p>\n
\u201cI couldn\u2019t believe it at first, but the market for these old mags is massive.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve been sitting on a goldmine for decades and didn\u2019t know it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Classic titles like Penthouse, Playboy and Paul Raymond\u2019s Party Girls \u2013 which cost \u00a31.95 \u2013 and now frequently fetching \u00a320-a-pop.<\/p>\n
And there\u2019s also a huge demand for classic 90s lads mags like FHM and Loaded.<\/p>\n
Etsy rules state that pornography of any sort is not allowed on the Etsy marketplace under their Prohibited Items Policy and that shoppers were responsible for complying with their policies.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson for Etsy said they could not comment on specific listings but added that the items flagged up had since been suspended.<\/p>\n
They said their teams would continue to monitor and work to remove any additional listings for pornographic magazines.<\/p>\n
