But that would mean fans spending prolonged periods in Paris where some of the quarter-finals, both semis and the final will be played.<\/p>\n<p>The pesky parasites are over-running homes, hospitals and public transport in the French capital. Paris deputy mayor Emmanuel Gr\u00e9goire tweeted: &quot;No-one is immune.\u2019\u2019 <\/p>\n<p>Eurostar and Transport for London are monitoring the situation. Videos have appeared on social media of dozens of the bugs crawling on Paris Metro trains. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31117831.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_Bedbugs-colony-on-the-matress-cloth-macro.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p> Eurostar bosses have vowed to disinfect trains if they find any sign of the bugs.
