The incident is not currently being treated as suspicious, but enquiries are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article30865486.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_garage2jpeg.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Police cordoned off the area for several hours on Monday night with both fire scene investigators and forensics specialists attending the scene.<\/p>\n<p>CSI officers were spotted in the sectioned-off area taking pictures, including of debris found on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Fire extinguishers and water bottles were also found at the scene along with a suitcase and trainers which were burned in the incident.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article30865481.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_garagejpeg.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30863420.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_Lucy-Letby-court-case.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Lawyer shares only reason Lucy Letby may be allowed to leave jail \u2013 but it&apos;s not definite<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: &quot;At around 7.35pm, officers were called to reports for the concern of the welfare of a man on Victoria Avenue East, Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a life-threatening condition. A cordon remains in place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service added at the time: &quot;At 7.30pm this evening, firefighters were called to a supermarket on Victoria Avenue, Manchester.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article30865484.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_JS309916658.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>&quot;Two fire engines from Philips Park and Whitefield fire stations arrived quickly at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Fire crews helped a male casualty at the scene, including trauma care, before they were conveyed to hospital via our colleagues at North West Ambulance Service.
