Kate Middleton says Prince William is ‘nightmare’ for eating pizza on sofa

For most couples in a relationship long enough, there's always something annoying that you overlook.

Be it leaving dirty laundry on the bedroom floor, not putting the toilet seat down, or never doing the washing up.

And for the Duchess of Cambridge, there's one very big issue about her husband Prince William that annoys her immensely, The Mirror reports.

During a newly-resurfaced interview from 2018, given during a trip to an RAF base in Cyprus, the Duke of Cambridge, alongside his wife, met military personnel serving on the island and opened a new recreation facility.

While surveying the room, and spotting the new couches, he quipped: “Keep the pizza off the sofas.”

And his wife shone a light on issues at home, joking: “You're a nightmare with that.”

Sticking with the fast-food takeaway theme, in a 2017 BBC Radio 1 interview, Kate confessed that her favourite takeaway meal is “curry, definitely”, while during William's appearance on the That Peter Crouch Podcast recently, he said that he loves a “chicken masala”.

He added: “Love that, a bit of flavour – I'm not a vindaloo man put it that way.

“It doesn’t usually get ordered to the palace, we tend to go and pick it up – not ourselves!

“There's an Uber driver out there on the floor being frisked.”

But during an interview given as part of a trip to Scotland in May 2021, it emerged that Kate actually makes curries at home for the couple.

After admitting that he likes curries that are “not too spicy”, Kate was asked if she makes them.

She replied: “Yes, I love it.”

And the Duke laughed: “She likes a bit of spice. I’m not too good with spice.”

Back on pizza, in 2019, the Duchess of Cambridge revealed that she prefers bacon to pepperoni as a pizza topping.

Neither of the pair has waded into the debate about pineapple on a pizza, however.
