Former WWE star shuts down OnlyFans to avoid Mandy Rose fate ahead of big return

Wrestler Chelsea Green could be gearing up for a WWE return – and has deactivated her OnlyFans in the process.

Chelsea made a killing on the adult platform after she was released by the company in April 2021 following a spate of injuries, one of which saw her break her arm during her SmackDown debut six months prior.

But now, following success in a number of promotions and on the independent wrestling scene, fans speculate Chelsea could be making a comeback and has deleted her OnlyFans in a bid to get back into the WWE's good books.

Her page now displays a notification reading: "Sorry, This Page Is Not Available" rather than the racy content fans have become accustomed to.

The star has also left rival wrestling company IMPACT, fuelling rumours that she could be set for a comeback.

The news comes just weeks after fellow WWE star Mandy Rose was booted from the promotion after bosses determined her racy content posted to FanTime – a similar platform to OnlyFans – had crossed a line.

Mandy was released from her contract just days after she lost the NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez in a rematch, ending her time as the undefeated champ at 413 days.

Fans reckon Chelsea, 31, may have ditched her side hustle making racy content in a bid to avoid suffering the same fate, as while stars are allowed to have accounts on sites such as FanTime, the content they post is expected to adhere to certain standards because of the WWE's young audience.

But life doesn't seem too bad for stunner Mandy, who has reportedly raked in an eye-watering $500k (£413k) in the first week since her dismissal.

According to her manager, the wresting star, 32, is set to become a self-made millionaire by the time Christmas rolls around, TMZ reported.

And some people speculate that Mandy chose to walk away from wrestling in favour of the hefty sums she was making online.

Former WWE writer Vince Russo questioned whether the star needed the wrestling industry if she was "making so much money on her own".

He said: "I'd like to think that [WWE] didn't like it, they told her to stop, and she was making so much money on her own that she said 'Nah'.

"I cannot see them firing her like that without a warning. 'If you don't take it down, we're going to have to let you go.' I can't just say, 'Oh my god, somebody saw this, and Bruce [Prichard] sent this to Stephanie [McMahon]' and then she's fired."

Canadian wrestler Chelsea isn't the only one touted for a potential WWE return – her husband Matt Cardona, formerly known as Zack Ryder, is also thought to be preparing for a return.

Matt was released from his contract in 2020 after cuts to the roster, but has thrived on his own ever since.

Speaking to Metro, he said: "I’m not trying to get back to WWE.

"But I’d lying if I said I never wanted to have a WrestleMania moment again, or I never wanted to wrestle at Madison Square Garden – of course I would.

"If Triple H called me right now, if I had that 203 – that’s the area code for Stamford, Connecticut – of course I’d pick up.

"But right now, I’m focusing on being the best me possible, and having the most fun possible, and making the most money possible."
