Since its arrival on the scene in 2016, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia has been pushing hard to enhance aspects of its aftersales services, working closely with its dealer partners to enhance customer satisfaction by providing professional, attentive and top-level services.
All that hard work from the various initiatives undertaken by the company has certainly paid off, with the brand reporting late last year that customer satisfaction had improved by 80%, and repeat repairs had been reduced by 86%.
However, the company hasn’t paused in its efforts at improvement, and nowhere are the gains better gleaned than via customer feedback posted on dealership rating portal Car.Advisor.
As of April 2022, Volkswagen Malaysia has achieved an average rating of 4.76 out of five-stars for its aftersales services. These ratings and reviews are given by Volkswagen owners after they service/repair their cars at authorised service centres.
Car.Advisor is a third-party platform that independently manages customer satisfaction for Volkswagen. Ratings and reviews for each dealership are transparently shown on the website and accessible by the public, and these ratings and reviews are managed independently, and the results cannot be altered in any way by any party.
